I'm new to family history, how do I get started?
- I have found FamilySearch.org to be the best resource for getting started. Not only is it totally free, but it is very simple to use. After you enter the information about yourself, the site will automatically update your family tree with all known relatives. You can make edits and input new data including names, dates, pictures, stories, and more.

How do I deliver my data and images to you?
- When your order is placed, we will create an online storage folder where you can upload all of the images that you want to be used in your design.
- Most family history services (including FamilySearch) allow you to export family trees and other charts. You can upload one of these exported charts or fill out a form we provide so we have the accurate names and dates to be used.

Any suggestions on rounding up the necessary family history photos?
- Start with the easy ones. Make a list of all the names on your family history chart and start checking them off as you find them. First, start with your computer and see how many you check off. Then maybe email relatives and ask them if they can supply you with any. Login to FamilySearch.org or Ancestry.com and check for photos. You may be surprised that other individuals are also finding and uploading pictures of your relatives there. Finally, break out the old shoebox and photo album and scan any photos you have. In the end, remember that very few people have photos for all there relatives even within the last few generations.

I don't have all of the names and dates for the chart, can I still make a design?
- Everyone has gaps in their family history including missing names, photos, birth dates and death dates. Almost every customer design has missing information or pictures. Don't let a few things that you haven't discovered yet prevent you from celebrating and inspiring others with that which you have discovered.

Does the customer have input on the design?
- Absolutely. The designs are only a starting point. The customer can give input on color schemes, background images, fonts, layout, etc.

What if I'm not happy with the design?
- We will send you a proof of the image before it is finalized. You can give feedback on any changes you'd like to see at that point, or simply approve the image.

How will I get my image?
- Your final image will be sent to you via email as a digital file. This means you can download it, duplicate it, share it, post it to social media, print it, and share it however you'd like.

What is your return policy?
- Once design work has begun on your image we cannot issue a refund. If no design work has been done we can issue a refund minus 15% for merchant and processing fees.
